1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers can request a refund within 30 days of their first payment. The refund amount is calculated based on usage.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You are a first-time subscriber (not previously subscribed)
  • Request made within 30 days of your first payment

What You'll Receive:

  • Refund of subscription fee, minus deductions for usage and processing
  • Value of any consumed AI credits is deducted at the per-credit rate
  • An administrative fee covers payment processing and support costs

2. Refund Calculation

Your refund is calculated by deducting two types of costs from your subscription fee:

AI Credit Deduction (Variable)

The value of any credits you consumed, calculated at the per-credit rate (Subscription ÷ Monthly Credits)

Administrative Fee (Fixed)

Covers payment processing fees, manual review time, and support overhead

Refund Formula:

Refund = Subscription - (Credits Used × Per-Credit Rate) - Admin Fee

Example Calculation:

For a $10/month plan with 500 included credits:

  • • Per-credit rate: $10 ÷ 500 = $0.02 per credit
  • • If you used 100 credits: 100 × $0.02 = $2.00
  • • Administrative fee: $2.00
  • Refund: $10 - $2.00 - $2.00 = $6.00

Important

If your calculated refund amount is zero or negative (due to high credit usage), no refund will be issued. This ensures we can cover the actual costs incurred on your behalf.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page.

Access Until Period End: After cancellation, you'll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.

No Future Charges: We will not charge you for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

Standard Refunds: After the 30-day guarantee period, we generally do not provide refunds for unused portions of the current billing period. However, we may offer pro-rata refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. AI Credits Policy

Why AI Credits Are Non-Refundable

When you use AI features, we pay third-party providers (like OpenAI) for each API call. These costs are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered. Every credit you consume represents a real cost we have already paid on your behalf.

Monthly Included Credits:

  • Reset at each billing cycle
  • Do not roll over to the next month
  • Non-refundable if unused
  • Any credits used are deducted from refunds at their per-credit value

Purchased Credit Packs:

  • Do not expire
  • Non-refundable once purchased
  • Remain available even if you cancel your subscription

5. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right may be waived when:

  • You expressly consent to the service beginning immediately
  • You acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the service begins
  • The service has begun (e.g., you have used AI features)

If you withdraw before using the service: You will receive a full refund minus the administrative fee (to cover processing costs incurred).

If you withdraw after using the service: You will be charged proportionally for the services already provided (credit value + admin fee), using the same calculation method described in Section 2.

Under the EU Data Act (effective September 2025), you may terminate your subscription with a maximum of 2 months' notice. We comply with all applicable EU data portability and switching requirements.
